Photo of the Week: Wakefield, Quebec
Fall is my favourite time of year in Eastern Canada. And so, on one of the last glorious fall days of the season, I went to my favourite small town in the area, Wakefield, Quebec, just a half-hour drive from Canada’s capital, Ottawa. I was well-rewarded by the views across the Gatineau River. As an added bonus, I also stopped by the Confiserie Wakefield, which has the best fudge I’ve ever had anywhere.
A good day for travel bliss!
